- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and half of the black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add sliced onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with remaining black pepper and salt to taste.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
