Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and half of the black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
