Description

A delicious and easy no-bake Oreo mud pie that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  6. Pour the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Before serving, top with additional crushed Oreo cookies.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use double stuffed Oreos.
  • Make sure to let the pie chill long enough for the layers to set properly.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
