Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
