- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
