A delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, this Reuben Layered Bake combines layers of corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and a creamy dressing, all baked to perfection.

- 1 lb corned beef, sliced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- 1 loaf rye bread, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the cubed rye bread.
- Top with half of the corned beef, followed by half of the sauerkraut and half of the Swiss cheese.
- Drizzle half of the dressing over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the melted butter over the top layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute corned beef with a plant-based alternative.
