A festive and colorful dessert perfect for summer gatherings, featuring layers of red, white, and blue jello.

- 1 box of red jello (3 oz)
- 1 box of blue jello (3 oz)
- 1 box of unflavored gelatin (1 oz)
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Dissolve the red jello in 1 cup of boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the red jello mixture and mix well.
- Pour the red jello into a rectangular dish and refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the unflavored gelatin and mix well.
- Pour the unflavored gelatin mixture over the set red jello layer and refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.
- Once the second layer is set, dissolve the blue jello in 1 cup of boiling water and add 1 cup of cold water.
- Pour the blue jello mixture over the set white layer and refrigerate until fully set, about 1-2 hours.
- Once all layers are set, cut into finger-sized pieces and serve with whipped cream, blueberries, and strawberries on top.
Notes
- For best results, allow each layer to set completely before adding the next layer.
- Feel free to use other flavors of jello for different occasions.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
