Description

A delicious and enchanting cheesecake inspired by the Ravenclaw house, featuring a rich blueberry flavor and a creamy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup blueberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and blueberry puree until well combined.
  7. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  10. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense blueberry flavor, add more blueberry puree.
