- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dill seeds
Instructions
- Wash the pepperoncini peppers and slice them in half.
- In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and dill seeds.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt dissolve.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Place the sliced peppers in a jar and pour the vinegar mixture over them.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier pickle, add red pepper flakes to the brine.
- These pickles can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
