- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Sprinkle in the garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder, stirring well.
- Pour in the tomato puree and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, cooking until heated through.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
