Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 2 cups diced vegetables (carrots, potatoes, bell peppers)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breast at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the diced vegetables on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour the can of diced tomatoes and chicken broth over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken before serving and mix well.
