Description

Pumpkin Tiramisu is a delightful twist on the classic Italian dessert, combining the rich flavors of pumpkin and spices with the creamy texture of mascarpone cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the pumpkin mixture.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds, then layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Make sure the coffee is cooled to prevent the ladyfingers from becoming too soggy.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
