Description

Pumpkin Spice Pop Tarts are a delightful fall treat filled with a spiced pumpkin filling and topped with a sweet glaze, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.
  5. Add milk gradually until a dough forms.
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
  7. Place filling on half of the rectangles and cover with the other half.
  8. Seal the edges with a fork.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze and drizzle over cooled pop tarts.
