- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice.
- Add milk gradually until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
- Place filling on half of the rectangles and cover with the other half.
- Seal the edges with a fork.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze and drizzle over cooled pop tarts.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Feel free to adjust the spice level to your preference.
- These can be frozen for later use.
