Description

Delicious and guilt-free pumpkin spice fat bombs perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut oil and almond butter until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, erythritol, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until solid.
  5. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
