Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and pumpkin puree over medium heat.
  2. Stir until the mixture is well combined and heated through, but do not let it boil.
  3. Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to the mixture.
  4. Whisk until everything is well incorporated and heated to your desired temperature.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to a jar or container.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream and milk with coconut cream and almond milk.
