- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, and pumpkin puree over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is well combined and heated through, but do not let it boil.
- Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to the mixture.
- Whisk until everything is well incorporated and heated to your desired temperature.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to a jar or container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream and milk with coconut cream and almond milk.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup according to your taste.
- This creamer can also be used in baking recipes for added flavor.
