Description

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and pumpkin puree until well combined.
  3. Add the sugars, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice over the mixture and stir to combine.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
