- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture and stir until incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and melted butter, then mix until crumbly.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the flour mixture on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
