Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt to the mixture and stir until incorporated.
