- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the cubed bread to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to soak.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving, if desired.
