- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Once whipped, taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Serve immediately over cold brew or lattes, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute half of the heavy cream with milk.
- This topping can also be used on desserts like pies and cakes.
- Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
