Description

A delicious and creamy pumpkin foam topping that enhances your cold brew and lattes with a seasonal flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Once whipped, taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately over cold brew or lattes, or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can substitute half of the heavy cream with milk.
  • This topping can also be used on desserts like pies and cakes.
  • Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
