Description

A delicious and creamy pumpkin-flavored cold foam that adds a seasonal twist to your favorite beverages.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  2. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Once whipped, spoon the pumpkin cream cold foam over your favorite cold beverage.
  4. Garnish with additional pumpkin spice if desired.
