Description

A delicious and unique sandwich combining the flavors of pumpkin, cream cheese, dark chocolate, and grapes for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Spread the pumpkin and cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
  3. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips and halved grapes on top of the mixture.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  5. Grill the sandwiches on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Slice and serve warm, drizzled with honey if desired.
