- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the pumpkin and cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate chips and halved grapes on top of the mixture.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
- Grill the sandwiches on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Slice and serve warm, drizzled with honey if desired.
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey based on preference.
- Can be served as a dessert or a sweet snack.
