A delicious and creamy pumpkin chai drink topped with spiced cold foam, perfect for fall.

- 2 cups chai tea
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Brew the chai tea and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat over medium until warm.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the warm pumpkin mixture into the brewed chai tea.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with cinnamon and nutmeg until soft peaks form.
- Top the pumpkin chai with the spiced cold foam.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a vegan version, use coconut cream and a dairy-free milk alternative.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less maple syrup.
