Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
  • 1 small piece of celery (for stem)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and then gently press to form a pumpkin shape.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat the outside.
  5. Insert a piece of celery into the top for the pumpkin stem.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
