- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (for coating)
- 1 small piece of celery (for stem)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and then gently press to form a pumpkin shape.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat the outside.
- Insert a piece of celery into the top for the pumpkin stem.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeรฑos to the cheese mixture.
- This cheese ball can be made a day in advance for convenience.
