Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or veggies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  2. Add the green onions, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans if desired.
  6. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Notes
