Description

Pulled Pork Pastry Puffs are a delicious and easy-to-make snack perfect for game day gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 2 cups pulled pork
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares or circles.
  4. In a bowl, mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce.
  5. Place a spoonful of the pulled pork mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
  6. Add a sprinkle of cheese on top of the pork.
  7. Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
