- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 2 cups pulled pork
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares or circles.
- In a bowl, mix the pulled pork with barbecue sauce.
- Place a spoonful of the pulled pork mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
- Add a sprinkle of cheese on top of the pork.
- Fold the pastry over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
