Description

Pretzel Chicken with Cheddar Sauce is a delicious and unique dish that combines crispy pretzel-coated chicken with a creamy cheddar cheese sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix crushed pretzels with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the pretzel mixture.
