- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, and minced jalapeño.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve fresh with tacos or as a dip with tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a milder salsa, omit the jalapeño or use less.
