- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- In a small saucepan, combine the corn syrup and heavy cream, heating until warm.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the warm corn syrup mixture over each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, toast the pecans before adding them to the dough.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
