Description

Pear and Brie Puff Pastry Bites are a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 ripe pear, sliced
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • Fresh thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a slice of pear and a piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey, garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
