Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a slice of pear and a piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey, garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
