Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, erythritol, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool completely.
- Decorate with chocolate candies for eyes and use licorice or pretzel sticks for spider legs.
