- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ripe peach, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Layer the peach slices over the cheese and drizzle with honey.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and fold the tortilla over.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the peaches.
- These quesadillas can be served with a side of yogurt for dipping.
