Description

These Patriotic Mini Cheesecakes are a delightful and festive dessert perfect for celebrating national holidays. They are easy to make and visually appealing with their red, white, and blue layers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Divide the cheesecake mixture into three bowls.
  6. In one bowl, add blueberries and mix; in the second bowl, leave it plain; in the third bowl, add sliced strawberries and mix.
  7. Layer the mixtures in the mini cups starting with the blueberry layer, then the plain layer, and finally the strawberry layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free graham crackers.
  • These can be made a day in advance for convenience.
  • Garnish with additional berries before serving for a fresh look.
