Description

A delicious and flavorful burger featuring a juicy beef patty topped with savory pastrami, melted cheese, and tangy pickles.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pastrami, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into four equal balls.
  3. Place the beef balls on the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
  4. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip the patties.
  6. Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese and a few slices of pastrami.
  7. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Toast the burger buns on the skillet until golden brown.
  9. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, adding pickles and mustard.
