Description

Parmesan pesto roasted potatoes are a delicious and easy side dish that combines crispy roasted potatoes with flavorful pesto and grated Parmesan cheese.

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
