A simple and delicious recipe for oven baked BBQ meatballs that are perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce for glazing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Brush the meatballs with additional BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the meat mixture.
- These meatballs can be frozen before baking for later use.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
