- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, chopped
- 1 cup cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped Oreo cookies.
- In another bowl, prepare the brownie layer by mixing cocoa powder, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cookie dough mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Pour the brownie batter over the cookie layer and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
