Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, almond extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Roll the dough into small balls and shape them into pumpkin forms.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before decorating with orange icing and green sprinkles.
