- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillets, skin-side down.
- Pour the orange glaze over the salmon and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and cook for an additional 5 minutes, basting with the glaze.
- Once cooked through, remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the glaze.
