- 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the spiralized zucchini and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until zucchini is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- For a vegan option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and Parmesan with nutritional yeast.
