Description

One Pan Shakshuka with Potatoes is a hearty and comforting dish that combines eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce with tender potatoes, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large eggs
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  3. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
