Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and chopped kale, cooking until the kale is wilted.
