Description

A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu, combining the flavors of oatmeal crème pies with the classic coffee and mascarpone layers.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of oatmeal crème cookies
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  2. Dip each oatmeal crème cookie into the brewed coffee briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
  3. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  4. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  5. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes
