A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu, combining the flavors of oatmeal crème pies with the classic coffee and mascarpone layers.

- 1 package of oatmeal crème cookies
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- Dip each oatmeal crème cookie into the brewed coffee briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Feel free to add chocolate shavings on top for extra decoration.
