- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 4 large tomatoes, blended
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2–3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2–3 tablespoons ground crayfish
- 1–2 tablespoons ground pepper (to taste)
- 2–3 cups chicken broth
- Salt to taste
- 1–2 teaspoons thyme
- 1–2 teaspoons curry powder
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add the blended tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add the chicken pieces and stir to coat them in the sauce.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the ground crayfish, ground pepper, thyme, curry powder, and salt.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
