Description

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • 4 large tomatoes, blended
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 23 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 23 tablespoons ground crayfish
  • 12 tablespoons ground pepper (to taste)
  • 23 cups chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • 12 teaspoons thyme
  • 12 teaspoons curry powder

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the blended tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and stir to coat them in the sauce.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the ground crayfish, ground pepper, thyme, curry powder, and salt.
  7. Reduce heat and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
