Description

Monster Burgers are a delicious and hearty meal option that combines bold flavors and juicy patties, perfect for burger lovers looking for their next obsession.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into 4 large patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
