- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, broccoli, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Mix in the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
