Mongolian Beef Noodles is a delicious and savory dish that combines tender beef with flavorful noodles, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the garlic, ginger, broccoli, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Mix in the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or sliced chili peppers.
  • Feel free to substitute the beef with chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
