Description

Mini Pecan Pies are delightful bite-sized treats filled with a rich and sweet pecan filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package mini pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans until well combined.
  4. Place the mini pie crusts on a baking sheet.
  5. Fill each mini pie crust with the pecan mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
