Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the tofu cubes, cooking until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- Once the gnocchi is cooked, drain and add it to the pan with the crispy tofu.
