Description

A quick and easy recipe for a flavorful brown sugar pineapple chicken dish that is perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
