- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the brown sugar mixture over them.
- Add pineapple chunks on top of the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
