- 6 cups of sliced apples
- 1 cup of gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, almond flour, and melted coconut oil until crumbly.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Top the apples with the oat mixture, spreading it evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
