Description

Low-Carb Witch Hat Cookies are a delightful and spooky treat perfect for Halloween, made with almond flour and sugar-free chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or other low-carb sweetener
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Sugar-free chocolate kisses for decoration
  • Green icing for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each ball slightly and shape them into a cone to resemble a witch hat.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until firm.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, place a sugar-free chocolate kiss on top of each cookie and decorate with green icing.
