- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol or other low-carb sweetener
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Sugar-free chocolate kisses for decoration
- Green icing for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly and shape them into a cone to resemble a witch hat.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until firm.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Once cooled, place a sugar-free chocolate kiss on top of each cookie and decorate with green icing.
