Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sautรฉ until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Add zucchini and bell pepper, stir in Italian seasoning.
- Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
